Transition Expert is a ‘not for profit’ entity set up to support and promote effective transitions for children at all stages of education.  Based in the UK we primarily support schools that are directly connected with the UK.  International schools are also welcome to sign up for our award and to use our resources.  

STE is Run by a small team of experienced educators who have spent considerable time working with vulnerable groups including military children, those with SEN and traveller children.  We aim to help school leaders to reduce the anxiety caused to both pupils and parents during times of transition.
